Contest Rules

1. All retail customers of Canadian Feeders are automatically entered.

2. A customer earns one entry ballet for every $30 spent on product. This does not include shipping or taxes. Members receive two entries for every $30 spent on product.

3. Any winners may only win once a fiscal year and provide permission to use their name in any promotions.

4. Prizes will vary. Email for details on the current prize being offered.

Canadian Feeders is proud to offer a monthly photo contest!

Contest Rules

1. This contest is open to both amateurs and professionals. This contest is only open to Canadian residents.

2. Entries may be colour or black and white digital scans. Images should be no larger than 640 by 480 pixels. Eligible photos should be no more than 3 years old. Please do not send prints or slides to us. Please keep your file sizes down to no more than 800-900kb per image (compressed size). No allowances will be made for poor quality scans.

3. You must be the sole author and owner of the copyright in all photos entered. Images must not have been digitally altered in any way, including but not limited to captioning or colour manipulation.

4. Your e-mail address, name, a title for the photo and a brief statement about the photo must be included with your entry. Any missing information may void your entry.

5. Only one photo per person may be entered. No photo may be entered more than once each year, and any first prize winners may only win once a fiscal year. All submissions will only be accepted by email to contests@canadianfeeders.com.

6. You must declare if a photo has been taken in captivity or conditions that are unnatural. If cruel or unethical practices are suspected, the photo will be disqualified and authorities notified.

7. Should the quality of entries fall below the standard required, we reserve the right not to award prizes.

8. All entries may be published on the Canadian Feeders website or used otherwise by Canadian Feeders. By submitting your entry you hereby agree to allow your photo to be used by Canadian Feeders at any time without prior consent - however full credit will be given to you in the most appropriate way as deemed by Canadian Feeders.

9. Photos are eligible for submission to the contest provided they are within the guidelines presented here.

10. We reserve the right to change the contest rules without prior notification.

11. The deadline for entries is a time stamp of 11:59pm or earlier on the last day of each month.

12. Unclaimed prizes expire after 3 months.

13. The winning entry each month will receive a $15 gift certificate to Canadian Feeders. 2nd to 5th place contestants may receive runner up prizes. All winners names and photos may be published on the website.

14. Any gift certificates won can only be used against regular priced retail items. All items purchased with your gift certificate do not count towards your $25 minimum purchase. However, it can be used against shipping fees.
