Prices and Terms

Please send all orders using the contact page or by sending us an email.

Minimum order of $25.00 before taxes and shipping. We accept payment through PayPal, personal cheque, money order, online biller payment with most major banks, and credit card payments. Payment must be made in full prior to shipping. Personal cheques will be held 7 business days before the shipment is sent to make sure they clear. Returned cheque charge is $45.00. Credit cards will be processed through a phone call only. Frozen items are shipped at buyers own risk, but we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in the best shape. Freezer boxes are $12.50 extra on large frozen orders. Please report any problems so we can promptly help make your transaction with Canadian Feeders a positive one. Live arrival guaranteed! We now ship once per week. Also, we guarnatee your shipment will go out by the Tuesday of that week. If an earlier shipping is possible, we will send it out as quickly as possible, but no later then Tuesday.

** IMPORTANT NOTE **
Orders must be received by 9pm Wednesday and paid by 6pm Saturday to guarantee a Monday or Tuesday mailing. Crickets must be ordered and paid by Wednesday to guarantee a Monday or Tuesday mailing. If the order or payment arrives later then this, we will do our best to accommodate your needs but may be unable to ship your product until the following week. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
We guarantee the live arrival of our feeder insects provided the order is shipped with only overnight delivery and there is somebody home to accept the package. We do not offer a guarantee in extreme weather conditions. Please report any problems with your shipment as soon as possible as any delay can adversely effect the handling of the situation. Any DOA shipments must be reported within 8 hours of receipt and we may request confirmation, so hold onto the shipment. If confirmation is requested, you will be required to return the shipment to us intact at your own expense. If you ordered multiple items, only the DOA portion of the order will be required with the packaging for confirmation. If approved, a replacement package will be sent out free of charge. We do, however, reserve the right to refund your money instead if we feel that a second shipment will not make it to its destination either. Should you wish to add to a replacement order, the shipping charges, in their entirety, become your responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we feel will not arrive to its destination intact. This guarantee is modified for any cricket portions of orders. Any reported DOA crickets will warrent a credit to be placed on your account for the reported number of dead. A replacement package will not be shipped for any problem cricket orders. Account credits can be used to purchase any products listed on our site including crickets. All other conditions and terms still apply. Please note we reserve the right to change this policy at anytime without notice.
